राजविद्याराजगुह्ययोग

भगवान श्री कृष्ण बोले - यह विद्या सभी विद्याओं की राजा है, यह गुह्य भी राजा है, यह अत्यंत पवित्र, उत्तम, प्रत्यक्ष फलवाली, धर्ममय, करने में अत्यंत सुखकर और अक्षय है।

The Blessed Lord said: This knowledge is the king of all knowledge, the most secret of all secrets, supremely pure, directly realizable, righteous, very easy to practice, and imperishable.

जो लोग इस धर्म में श्रद्धा नहीं रखते, हे परन्तप! वे मुझको प्राप्त न करके मृत्यु और संसार के मार्ग में घूमते रहते हैं।

Those who have no faith in this dharma, O scorcher of enemies, fail to reach Me and return to the path of mortal worldly existence.

श्री भगवान बोले - मैं अपने अव्यक्त रूप से इस संपूर्ण जगत में व्याप्त हूँ। सभी प्राणी मुझमें स्थित हैं, परंतु मैं उनमें स्थित नहीं हूँ।

The Blessed Lord said: By Me, in My unmanifested form, all this universe is pervaded. All beings exist in Me, but I do not dwell in them.

और न ही सब भूत मुझमें स्थित हैं। मेरी ईश्वरीय योगशक्ति को देख। मैं सभी भूतों का भरण-पोषण करने वाला हूं, परंतु भूतों में स्थित नहीं हूं। मेरी आत्मा सभी भूतों की उत्पत्ति का कारण है।

And yet beings do not dwell in Me—behold My divine mystery! My Self is the source and support of all beings, but I do not dwell in them.

जैसे सर्वत्र जाने वाली महान् वायु सदा आकाश में स्थित रहती है, वैसे ही सब भूत मुझमें स्थित हैं—ऐसा तू जान।

As the mighty wind, moving everywhere, perpetually dwells in space, so understand that all beings dwell in Me.

हे कुन्तीपुत्र! कल्प के अन्त में सम्पूर्ण प्राणी मेरी प्रकृति को प्राप्त होते हैं और कल्प के आदि में मैं उनको फिर उत्पन्न करता हूँ।

O son of Kunti, at the end of a cosmic cycle, all beings merge into My primordial nature, and at the beginning of the next cycle, I create them again.

भगवान श्रीकृष्ण बोले: अपनी प्रकृति को अधीन करके मैं बार-बार इस सम्पूर्ण प्राणिसमुदाय को उत्पन्न करता हूं, जो प्रकृति के वश में होकर स्वयं असमर्थ है।

The Supreme Lord said: Controlling My own nature, I repeatedly create this entire multitude of beings, which are powerless under the control of material nature.

हे धनञ्जय! वे सब कर्म मुझे नहीं बांधते क्योंकि मैं उन कर्मों में आसक्ति रहित होकर उदासीन की भांति स्थित रहता हूं।

O Dhananjaya (Arjuna), these actions do not bind Me, for I remain detached from all actions, seated as one indifferent and unattached to the results of action.

भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण ने कहा - जो व्यक्ति मुझमें मन को स्थापित करके, निरन्तर मेरे चिन्तन में लगा रहता है और आशा-अपेक्षा रहित होकर सभी कर्म करता है, वह मुझ परमेश्वर को प्राप्त करके पुनः जन्म नहीं लेता।

The Supreme Lord said: Those who constantly meditate on Me with exclusive devotion, fixing their minds upon Me alone, for them who are ever steadfast, I provide what they lack and preserve what they have.

श्री भगवान बोले - मूर्ख लोग मेरे मनुष्य रूप को देखकर मेरा तिरस्कार करते हैं, क्योंकि वे मेरे परम स्वरूप को नहीं जानते कि मैं समस्त प्राणियों का महान् ईश्वर हूँ।

The Supreme Lord said: Foolish people disregard Me when I appear in human form, not knowing My supreme nature as the great Lord of all beings.

श्री भगवान बोले - निष्फल आशा वाले, निष्फल कर्म करने वाले और निष्फल ज्ञान वाले विवेकहीन मनुष्य राक्षसी और आसुरी तथा मोहिनी प्रकृति को धारण किए हुए हैं।

The Supreme Lord said: Those of futile hopes, futile actions, and futile knowledge, devoid of discrimination, are influenced by the deluding nature of demons and evil beings.

हे पार्थ! महात्मा पुरुष दैवी प्रकृति का आश्रय लेकर, मुझे सभी भूतों का आदि और अविनाशी जानकर, अनन्य मन से मेरा भजन करते हैं।

But the great souls, O Partha, partaking of My divine nature, worship Me with an undivided mind, knowing Me as the imperishable source of all beings.

निरन्तर मेरा कीर्तन करते हुए और दृढ़ व्रत वाले भक्तजन यत्न करते हुए तथा भक्ति सहित मुझे नमस्कार करते हुए, सदा योग में स्थित रहकर मेरी उपासना करते हैं।

Always chanting My glories and striving with firm resolve, bowing down to Me with devotion, the devotees worship Me with steadfast dedication.

और अन्य कई भक्तजन ज्ञान रूपी यज्ञ द्वारा मेरी उपासना करते हैं - कोई एकत्व भाव से, कोई पृथक्त्व भाव से और कोई अनेक प्रकार से सर्वव्यापी रूप में मेरी आराधना करते हैं।

Others also worship Me through the sacrifice of knowledge, some seeing Me as one, others as separate, and still others worship Me in My universal form manifested in many ways throughout the cosmos.

श्री भगवान बोले - मैं ही क्रतु हूँ, मैं ही यज्ञ हूँ, मैं ही देवताओं के लिए किया जाने वाला हव्य हूँ, मैं ही यज्ञ का फल हूँ और मैं ही एकमात्र यज्ञ करने वाला हूँ।

The Supreme Lord said: I am the ritual (kratu), I am the sacrifice (yajna), I am the offering to the gods, I am the fruit of the sacrifice, and I am the sole performer of the sacrifice.

मैं इस जगत का पिता हूँ, माता हूँ, धारण करने वाला हूँ और पितामह हूँ। मैं जानने योग्य हूँ, पवित्र करने वाला हूँ, ओंकार हूँ, ऋग्वेद, सामवेद और यजुर्वेद हूँ।

I am the father of this universe, the mother, the supporter, and the grandfather. I am the object of knowledge, the purifier, the sacred syllable Om, and the Rig, Sama, and Yajur Vedas.

भगवान श्री कृष्ण बोले - मैं ही गति हूँ, भरण-पोषण करने वाला हूँ, स्वामी हूँ, साक्षी हूँ, निवास स्थान हूँ, शरण हूँ और सुहृद हूँ। मैं ही उत्पत्ति हूँ, प्रलय हूँ, स्थिति हूँ, आश्रय हूँ और अविनाशी बीज हूँ।

The Blessed Lord said: I am the goal, the supporter, the master, the witness, the abode, the refuge, and the most dear friend. I am the creation and the dissolution, the basis of everything, the resting place and the eternal seed.

मैं ही सूर्य के रूप में तप देता हूँ, मैं ही वर्षा को रोकता और छोड़ता हूँ। हे अर्जुन! मैं ही अमृत भी हूँ और मृत्यु भी हूँ तथा सत् और असत् दोनों भी मैं ही हूँ।

I give heat as the sun, I withhold and send forth rain. I am immortality and also death, existence and non-existence, O Arjuna.

तीनों वेदों को जानने वाले, सोम पान करने वाले, पापरहित भक्त यज्ञों द्वारा मेरी पूजा करके स्वर्ग की प्राप्ति चाहते हैं। वे पुण्य को प्राप्त करके इन्द्र के लोक में दिव्य भोगों को भोगते हैं।

Those who study the three Vedas, drink the soma juice, and are purified of sin worship Me through sacrifice, seeking the way to heaven. They reach the holy world of Indra and enjoy in heaven the divine pleasures of the gods.

वे उस विशाल स्वर्गलोक को भोगकर, पुण्य क्षीण हो जाने पर मृत्युलोक में आ जाते हैं। इस प्रकार त्रिविध वेदों के धर्म का आश्रय लेने वाले कामनाओं की प्राप्ति चाहने वाले आना-जाना प्राप्त करते हैं।

Having enjoyed the vast heavenly world, when their merit is exhausted, they return to the mortal world. Thus, following the threefold Vedic dharma, those who desire the objects of desires obtain the cycle of coming and going.

जो मनुष्य अनन्य भाव से मेरा चिन्तन करते हुए मेरी उपासना करते हैं, उन नित्य युक्त पुरुषों का योगक्षेम मैं स्वयं वहन करता हूँ।

To those who worship Me with exclusive devotion, meditating on My transcendental form—to them I carry what they lack and preserve what they have.

जो भक्तजन श्रद्धा सहित अन्य देवताओं का भजन करते हैं, हे कुन्तीपुत्र! वे भी केवल मेरी ही पूजा करते हैं, परन्तु अविधिपूर्वक।

Those devotees who worship other gods with faith, they too worship Me alone, O son of Kunti, but not in accordance with the prescribed method.

मैं ही सभी यज्ञों का भोक्ता और स्वामी हूं। परन्तु वे मुझे तत्त्व से नहीं जानते, इसलिए वे गिर जाते हैं।

I am the enjoyer and the only Lord of all sacrifices. But they do not know Me in truth, and therefore they fall.

जो देवताओं की पूजा करते हैं वे देवताओं को प्राप्त होते हैं, जो पितरों की पूजा करते हैं वे पितरों को प्राप्त होते हैं, जो भूतों की पूजा करते हैं वे भूतों को प्राप्त होते हैं, और जो मेरी पूजा करते हैं वे मुझे प्राप्त होते हैं।

Those who worship the demigods go to the demigods; those who worship ancestors go to the ancestors; those who worship ghosts and spirits go to such beings; and those who worship Me come to Me.

श्री भगवान बोले - जो व्यक्ति मुझे भक्तिपूर्वक पत्ता, फूल, फल या जल अर्पित करता है, उस शुद्ध हृदय भक्त का प्रेम से चढ़ाया गया भोग मैं स्वीकार करता हूँ।

The Supreme Lord said: Whoever offers Me with devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit, or water, that offering made with love by one of pure heart, I accept.

हे कुन्तीपुत्र! तू जो कुछ करता है, जो कुछ खाता है, जो कुछ हवन करता है, जो कुछ दान देता है, जो कुछ तप करता है, वह सब कुछ मेरे अर्पण करके कर।

Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer in sacrifice, whatever you give away, whatever austerities you practice - O son of Kunti, do that as an offering unto Me.

हे कुन्तीपुत्र! तू जो कुछ करता है, जो कुछ खाता है, जो कुछ हवन करता है, जो कुछ दान देता है और जो कुछ तप करता है, वह सब कुछ मेरे अर्पण करके कर।

Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer in sacrifice, whatever you give away, whatever austerities you practice - do that, O son of Kunti, as an offering to Me.

श्री भगवान बोले - मैं सभी प्राणियों में समान हूँ, न कोई मेरा द्वेषी है और न प्रिय। परन्तु जो मुझे भक्ति से भजते हैं, वे मुझमें हैं और मैं भी उनमें हूँ।

The Blessed Lord said: I am equal to all beings; none is hateful or dear to Me. But those who worship Me with devotion are in Me, and I am also in them.

यदि कोई अत्यंत दुराचारी भी मुझे अनन्य भक्ति से भजता है, तो वह साधु ही मानने योग्य है क्योंकि उसने उचित संकल्प कर लिया है।

Even if a person of very wicked conduct worships Me with undivided devotion, he is to be considered righteous, for he has made the right resolution.

श्रीभगवान् बोले - वह शीघ्र ही धर्मात्मा हो जाता है और शाश्वत शान्ति को प्राप्त करता है। हे कुन्तीपुत्र! तू दृढ़तापूर्वक घोषणा कर कि मेरा भक्त नष्ट नहीं होता।

The Blessed Lord said: Soon he becomes righteous and attains to everlasting peace. O son of Kunti, proclaim it boldly that My devotee never perishes.

हे कुन्तीपुत्र! मनुष्य अन्त समय में जिस-जिस भाव को स्मरण करता हुआ शरीर को त्यागता है, वह सदा उसी भाव से भावित होकर उसी को प्राप्त होता है।

Whatever state of being one remembers when he quits his body, that state he will attain without fail, O son of Kunti, being always absorbed in such contemplation.

भगवान श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं: फिर पुण्यशील ब्राह्मण और राजर्षि भक्तों का तो कहना ही क्या है। इस अनित्य और दुःखमय संसार को प्राप्त होकर तू मेरी भजना कर।

The Supreme Lord said: How much more easily then do the holy brahmanas and devoted royal sages attain Me! Having come to this temporary and miserable world, worship Me with devotion.

हे अर्जुन! तू मनसे मेरा चिन्तन कर, मेरा भक्त बन, मेरा यजन कर और मुझे प्रणाम कर। इस प्रकार अपने आत्मा को मेरे परायण करके तू निश्चय ही मुझे प्राप्त होगा।

Fix your mind on Me, be devoted to Me, sacrifice to Me, bow down to Me. Having thus united your self with Me by taking Me as the supreme goal, you shall certainly come to Me.
